These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GameReel mobile application (the "App") provided by App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
GameReel lets you record your device screen, trim clips, add royalty-free music, and export videos to your photo library. The App is free to download and supported by advertising.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You may use the App without creating an account. Usage limits (such as daily export minutes and export counts) are tracked locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for:
The App may offer curated royalty-free music tracks for use in exports. We do not guarantee that any track is suitable for every platform or territory. You are responsible for verifying licensing requirements before publishing content commercially or at scale.
The App, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by App Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You may not:
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob and may link to external music or content providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED RECORDING, ERROR-FREE EXPORTS, OR THAT ADS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICH IS $0 FOR THE FREE APP).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where App Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
